To innovate, advocate and protect.
The goal of The Risk Authority Stanford, first and foremost, is to help save lives and prevent harm to patients. We believe risk management can and should be used to foster sustainable improvements in patient outcomes and satisfaction, as well as in risk financing and hospital performance. The Promise of Risk Management:
A Brief Statement
Where the failures of risk management leave off, the promise of risk management begins. Each day, we do our best to make a difference, to lead the charge for transparency and integrity, and to innovate better answers and practices to meet healthcare’s most complex and urgent issues. There is no destination but the journey, and there is no end point but continual improvement and perpetual renewal of our never-ending promise to try, to fail, to succeed—and then to do it again. We are The Risk Authority Stanford, and this is our story.
