Sonya Dawkins, AIM, CMQ/OE , CMSP, CPHQ, CPHRM, CQA
Sonya currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Claims & Risk Management of The Risk Authority (TRA). She is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high degree of client satisfaction from all members of PHT and PHLIP and clients of TRA GSC, ensuring needs are met in a timely and consistent manner.
She is also responsible for the coordination of claims and risk management initiatives including research, feasibility studies, phases of implementation development, quality management system program plan development, and program implementation. Additional responsibilities include educational program curriculum creation, coordination, and faculty participation.
Prior to joining TRA in 1997, Sonya worked with a training and development consulting company and was owner/partner with a company in North Carolina for 10 years.
Sonya holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
